My name is Joanne Miles and I’m a trainer, consultant and coach. I’m really interested in  coaching, action research cycles and project management and how they can help organisations learn and develop. I’ve spent over twenty years in teaching, training and professional development roles in education, mainly in the post-16 sector.  In the last few years I worked for the Learning Skills Network to get a broader perspective on what is going on in different contexts.

I’m now working freelance and hope to use this blog to share ideas and tips that may be useful and have some dialogue with others in the field, to see what I can learn from them too.
