http://www.bbc.co.uk/skillswise lots of short exercises for students to develop their grammar, punctuation and other skills here. Great for extension exercises for stretch and challenge or for an additional practice strand on your SoW or for the Take Away Homework bank.

http://www.excellencegateway.org.uk/sfl  plenty of resources for different vocational areas showing how maths and English can be embedded into main subject delivery.
